On August 27 the photo-book exhibition entitled "Journey into the world of cinema" kicked off at the National Library of Uzbekistan and a demonstration of the pearls of the Uzbek national cinematography from the collection of the "Golden Collection" took place in the media center of the library.
 
On August 24 the National Library of Uzbekistan held a creative meeting with the American dance group ""Dancers of indigenous peoples". The meeting, entitled "Dancing for Life" was attended by representatives of the US Embassy in Uzbekistan, members of the diplomatic corps and joint ventures.
 
On August 20, the Palace "Istiqlol" hosted a gala concert dedicated to the awarding ceremony of "Nihol" for talented youth.
 
A photo exhibition of the writer, artist and photomaster Nodir Normatov kicked off in the International Cultural Caravanserai under Ikuo Hirayama. The exhibition features 30 photographs, in which the author managed to capture the beautiful landscapes of Uzbekistan, various ceremonies, holidays and more.
 
On August 6, the opening ceremony of the first solo exhibition of paintings of actor and composer Bahodir Zakirov "Your Love" dedicated to his 50th anniversary and the Year of attention and care for the older generation was held in the International Caravanserai of Ikuo Hirayama of Culture Academy of Arts of Uzbekistan.
 
On August 4 the National Library of Uzbekistan opened the photo-portrait exhibition entitled "Central Asian Tretyakov," dedicated to the 100th anniversary of Igor Savitskiy, the restorer, ethnographer, the art Honored Artist of Uzbekistan, People's Artist of Karakalpakstan, founder and first director of the Museum of Art in Nukus.
 
A city stage of "Yagonasan, Mukaddas Vatan!" (You are my only, my sacred land!) contest, organized by the Directorate of Cultural Affairs and Sports of Tashkent took place on July 20 at the Palace "Turkistan".
 
The International Caravanserai of Ikuo Hirayama Culture hosted a personal exhibition of young artist Sevara Kasimova, the Master student of the National Institute of Arts and Design named after Kamoliddin Behzod. What the artist likes to paint the most and what she emphasizes, Sevara demonstrated and told on her master class on landscape painting.
 
The awarding ceremony of the winners of Tashkent city stage of the contest took place in the "Turkistan" Palace on July 2. Note that traditionally, "Nihol" award is presented in five categories: pop music, instrumental performance, classic song, performance of folk stories and the dance art. The competition is attended by talented young people from 17 to 25 years of age.
 
The International Caravanserai of Culture of Ikuo Hirayama hosted the opening of personal exhibition of young artist Sevara Gasimova - Master student of the National Institute of Arts and Design under Kamoliddin Behzod. The exposition includes more than 60 works created in a realistic manner. Among them are portraits works, as well as the picturesque landscapes and still lifes.
